We offer comprehensive skill development programs including CV and cover letter clinics, interview practice sessions with professional feedback, LinkedIn and personal branding workshops, job-hunting strategies, communication and teamwork labs, and business startup guidance. Our programs are designed to be hands-on, practical, and accessible to students, job-seekers, and professionals looking to upskill.

Professionals can contribute by offering career guidance, conducting CV reviews, providing interview practice, mentoring students or early-career professionals, leading training sessions, or hosting industry-relevant workshops. The commitment is flexible - you can give as little as 72 hours per year. Simply fill out our Get Involved form and we'll match you with suitable opportunities based on your expertise and availability.

We host a variety of engaging events including monthly mixers and guest talks with industry leaders, career fairs and science exhibits, outdoor activities like career hikes and impact retreats, speed mentoring rounds, and friendly competitions such as coding hackathons, science and AI fairs, gaming tournaments, and sports competitions. Our events are designed to be fun, social, and memorable while driving professional development.

We welcome partnerships with companies, universities, and community organizations. Partnership options include sponsoring events, providing mentors, hosting career sessions, co-hosting workshops and coding fairs, offering internships or work experience, funding competitions, and donating equipment or venue access. We're inspired by successful models like Street League + DHL's training to work placement pipeline and CodeClan + Baillie Gifford's Youth Tech Academy.

Most of our programs are offered free of charge to ensure equal access to educational and professional opportunities. We believe in providing support regardless of financial circumstances. For those facing barriers, we offer financial assistance for learning materials, exams, and access to training resources. Our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion ensures that cost is never a barrier to participation.

We offer flexible volunteering opportunities to accommodate different schedules. You can contribute as little as one hour per week or participate in one-off events. The 72-hour annual commitment is a guideline, not a requirement - we value any amount of time you can spare. Volunteer roles include mentorship, event support, workshop hosting, and technical assistance. We'll work with you to find opportunities that match your availability and interests.
